Thank you for considering our office to provide you with dental care.  Our goals are 1) to impart to you a new perspective of modern dentistry and 2) provide the knowledge to attain maximal health for the rest of your life.

 

Office Hours

 

Our regular office hours are :  Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  We are closed on major holidays as well as times when we attend continuing education programs.  For special circumstances we can arrange special appointments.

 

Recall

 

A critical element of the success of our approach is the routine preventive visit.  We customize a hygiene program suited to the needs of each client.  When the client assumes responsibility for their part of this approach we attain our success goals.

 

Relaxation

 

In our office we have gained the experience to allow our patients to relax in the dental setting.  Rather than avoid dentistry or suffer the emotional stress of dentistry, we employ the techniques of Relaxed Dentistry.

Relaxed Dentistry.

      Our relaxation expert ( Certified Clinical Hypotherapist)  will assist you in learning the simple techniques of relaxation.  If this approach interests you , please ask our staff so we may coordinate your appointment with our staff.  There is no fee charged for this service!  These techniques, once learned, may be readily applied to many areas of your life.

 

Patients are seen by appointment only.  Please call in advance so that we may reserve time for you.  The office phone number is (405) 751-8737. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask you to extend the same courtesy to us.  If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us immediately.  We request you give us 24 hour notice of cancellation.  This allows us to give your reserved time to another patient.

 

Emergency Care

 

We reserve a limited amount of time each day for emergency care.  If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible.  If you have an after hours emergency the doctor may be contacted by patients via cell phone.

 

Referrals

 

If you have the type of experience in our office that pleases you, we request that you share that with family, friends, co-workers and neighbors.  We always welcome new patients, especially when an existing patient refers them.  Our practice exists by pleasing you and helping your like minded friends.

 

Fees and Payment policy

 

In an effort to keep our fees at a level that represents a high value to you we have established the following payment options.  Fees may be paid as follows:

 

Payment in full at the time of services.

Third party financing with approved credit.

Visa, Master-card, Discover and American Express

               Please visit our office manager for more clarification on payment options.

 

Insurance

 

For patients with insurance, we will help determine the coverage you have as defined by your contract.  Your insurance contract will define the benefits to which you are entitled.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, not the insurance company.  We will strive to maximize the benefits to which you are entitled.  Please visit with our office manager for more information on insurance questions.
